Product Performance:

The PTFE Fine Powder is a powdered resin of PTFE with excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, excellent electrical properties and low coefficient of friction and other outstanding properties.

DF-203F is the grade of PFOA free. Its performance is similar to DF-203.

Physical Appearance:

The PTFE Fine Powder is a white powder


Application:

DF-203F is suitable for making high density tape, cable, extrusive tube, etc. It also can be used to process capillary tube, thin-wall tube, elastic belt and unsintered tape, etc.

DF-201 is suitable for making unsintered tape, low density tape and short fiber, etc.

DF-203 is suitable for making middle or high density tape, cable, extrusive tube, etc. It also can be used to process capillary tube, thin-wall tube, elastic belt and unsintered tape, etc.

DF-205 is suitable for making higher density tape, cable, two-side draw film, elastic belt etc. It also can be used to process capillary tube, thin-wall tube, sheet, small-diameter rob and unsintered tape, etc.


Packing, storage and transportation:

Packing: PTFE is packed in double layer PVC bags inside and in hard circular barrels outside. On the barrel, there should be attached label and quality certificate, on which there are brand, trademark, executive criterion, type, grade, lot No. and net content, pack date, checker, packager.

Net Weight=20kg/drum, 380drums/20'GP


Storage: PTFE should be stored in a clean,cool and dry warehouse to prevent from dust and moisture mix into material.


Transportation: The products are transported according to non-dangerous products. Heat, moisture, freezing and strong-shock should be avoided during transportation. Over-bumpiness and compression is apt to make the resin bind together.
